Travel Documents
1. Valid Passport (minimum 6 months validity from date of entry & same passport used for Bhutan visa)
2. Visa
All visitors are required to obtain a visa prior to traveling to Bhutan, except Indian nationals who are required to obtain a permit. The visa fee is already included in your tour cost. The visa application process will be arranged on your behalf upon receipt of payment for your tour and flight.
The following documents are required for the visa application:
• A digital copy of a valid passport
• A recent digital passport photo
• Arrival and departure dates
Visa Fee/Person: $40 (as required by the Department of Tourism of Bhutan and paid by us directly to the government)
Flight Bookings
Visitors can enter Bhutan by air only via Paro International Airport, the country’s sole international airport, with services operated by two airlines: Drukair (Royal Bhutan Airlines) and Bhutan Airlines (Tashi Air). Flight bookings will be made on your behalf upon receipt of payment for your tour and flight.

Sustainable Development Fee (SDF)
The SDF is a mandatory daily charge for visitors to Bhutan, required and collected by the government to help support the country’s education, healthcare, infrastructure, and the preservation of its culture and environment. This fee is already included in your tour cost and will be paid by us directly to the government.
The fee has been set by the Department of Tourism of Bhutan as follows:

Goods and Services Tax (GST)
The Government of Bhutan has implemented a 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST), which applies to tourism services such as accommodation, transportation, guides, meals, and other in-country services. This GST is already included in the tour price and it excludes the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) and visa fees.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
Flight refunds are subject solely to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines. Please refer to Drukair (Royal Bhutan Airlines) and Bhutan Airlines (Tashi Air) for their refund policies.
The following refund terms apply only to the tour cost for bookings that are confirmed and subsequently cancelled:
